All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm. We cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
Preorder and backorder items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship once they become available, and we will notify you of shipping dates via email.
Items can only be shipped to one address per order. Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing a separate order for each location.
Multiple products can be ordered at the same time, and will be shipped together in one parcel to a single address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your order. Click on the link to check the status of your shipment and sign up for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
For deliveries in Spain, contact GLS if you need further assistance tracking your package. For deliveries outside of Spain, contact UPS and have your tracking number ready.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required for delivery. If you won't be available to sign for your delivery:
GLS will make two delivery attempts to the address on file. If both attempts prove unsuccessful, then your parcel will be held at a nearby store accredited to hold the parcel for you. You will receive a text message containing the store location, hours and other pickup information.
Outside of Spain, UPS will make up to three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you via email with further instructions.
ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS? CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
The following delivery restrictions apply:
Currently, shipping is limited to Spain and other countries within the European Union. Shipping to other jurisdictions will be available soon. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.
At this time, orders may not be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, or to any address outside of the European Union.
